Privacy policy
The plain-English version, because that’s how we do everything else.

Who we are
InnoImprove Ltd, company number 16102235, a marketing agency based in Warminster, Wiltshire. For anything in this policy, contact karolina@innoimprove.co.uk or 01985 221117.
What we collect, and why
When you contact us. Our contact form opens an email in your own mail app — nothing you type is stored by this website. What you send us (your name, business name, phone or email, and your message) arrives as an ordinary email, and we use it for one thing: replying to you about your enquiry.
When you call us. We note down what we need to help you — your name, number and what you asked about.
When you use the AI receptionist demo. The demo at voice.innoimprove.co.uk uses your microphone (with your browser’s permission, which you can decline) and the business name you type in order to generate the conversation. Audio is processed by the third-party AI services that power the demo. Don’t share sensitive personal information in the demo — it’s a demonstration, not a confidential channel.
When you browse this site. Our hosting provider processes standard technical logs (such as IP addresses) to serve and secure the site, as every website’s host does.
What we don’t do
- We don’t sell your data. To anyone. Ever.
- We don’t buy marketing lists.
- We don’t sign you up to a newsletter you didn’t ask for — we don’t have one to sign you up to.
- We don’t run advertising trackers on this site or chase you around the internet with retargeting.
How long we keep things
Enquiry emails are kept for as long as we might reasonably need them to help you, then deleted. If you become a client, we keep what’s needed for the work and for legal obligations (such as accounting records), no longer.
Third parties we rely on
Like any small business, we use reputable providers to operate — website hosting, email, and the AI services behind the receptionist demo. They process data on our behalf to provide those services, not for their own marketing.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law (UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018), you can ask us what we hold about you, ask for a copy, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email karolina@innoimprove.co.uk — you’ll be dealing with a named human, and we’ll sort it quickly.
If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk) — though we’d appreciate the chance to put it right first.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle data, we’ll update this page and the date at the top. No silent switcheroos.
