Two people. That’s the whole agency.
No account managers. No “our team of specialists”. No call centre. InnoImprove is Adrian and Karolina, working from Warminster — and when you message us, one of those two names replies.
Who does what
One builds. One looks after you.
Adrian builds everything. The websites, the AI receptionists, the automations, the videos. When something on your project needs changing, the person you’re talking to is the person who can change it — usually that day.
Karolina looks after you. She’s the voice on 01985 221117 and the name on the email. She makes sure you always know what’s happening, in plain English, without chasing.
That’s the whole org chart. The thing big agencies call “streamlined communication”, we call “there are two of us”.
What we believe
How we think about this work.
- Every missed call is a customer ringing someone else. That belief runs through everything we build — it’s why an AI receptionist is our flagship and why every website we make has the phone number one tap away.
- Show, don’t promise. We built a live demo where you can hear your own AI receptionist before speaking to a human. We’d rather be judged on working things than on adjectives.
- Local businesses deserve big-brand tools. The AI, the design systems, the automation the big agencies use — none of it is out of reach for a Warminster café or a Frome plumber. What’s usually out of reach is the agency invoice. We’re the workaround.
- Small on purpose. We keep the client list deliberately short. Fewer clients, deeper work — and nobody left wondering whether they’re the small account.
